Indrasen is ranked 3rd among the Guruvayoor devaswom elephants after Guruvayoor Padmanabhan and Guruvayoor Valiya Kesavan. Indrasen is not an elephant of Kerala origin. Indrasen was donated to Guruvayoor temple by a Maharasthra based business group. This particular elephant has almost all 'lakshanams'.
